We opened in 1973 with the mission of providing the newest fashion ideas in the best quality at the best prices with superior customer service. Our size selection includes boys, infant through size 20 and those hard to find prep sizes and girls, infant through Juniors and Women. We try to maintain a special mix of nationally known brands combined with small specialty lines to give our customers a great selection of styles and price ranges. We try to have something new coming in frequently in all categories. Customer Service is our forte' ~ Most important of all to us is to give our customers the utmost attention and help!

AuthorHi! I am Leanne Silverblatt. My husband, Alan and I are the owners of Young Ideas. I am a 4th generation member of a family that has been in retail in Indianola, MS since the early 1900's. Our store, Young Ideas, opened in 1973. Along the way we have worked with some wonderful people and have had the privilege of getting to know wonderful customers! It is open house each day at Young Ideas - new styles arriving and customers dropping by to shop or visit. Each day brings a new set of challenges and that is what keeps it exciting here! Archives
